We strive to give our best customer service above and beyond each sale and firmly believe in keeping each customer and client happy with their purchase where it is possible to do so. Below is our product warranty policy outlining the limited warranty coverage, potential resolutions, as well as certain circumstances in which the warranty is not applicable.
What does the limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that disables the user from utilizing the product for its intended use, provided that the product was used under normal conditions during the Warranty Period. Normal conditions, for purely mechanical products, refer to the product being used within its weight capacity, carrying only one occupant at any point in time, and with the installation being done correctly.
What will PulseLabz do to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, PulseLabz will replace, free of charge, parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for any Pulselabz office chair series bought is 10 years/120 months/3650 days from the date of purchase.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Warranty Policy Special Items of Note:
- For replacement parts, shipping will be paid by the buyer.
- If the cause of failure resulting in the warranty claim was deemed to be responsible by the buyer, we may refuse warranty services. In this case, parts will not be free of charge.
