Return/Refund Policy

At Pulselabz, we believe in providing great service and high-quality gaming equipment to all of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work to resolve any questions or concerns you may have. To understand our refund and return policy please refer to the chart below.

Also, note that all Pulselabz gaming chairs are covered under our extended 10-year warranty.

Below is a break down of our return/refund policy.

  New and unassembled Used and undamaged
Return Period Up to 7 days upon receiving the goods based on associated tracking information
Return Fee Free 10%
Details • Chair is in the original unused, and unassembled condition. • Chair condition is assembled and used • The returned chair must be disassembled and repacked into its original packaging • Additional fees may apply based on the condition of the returned chair (damage fee•)
Damage Fee An additional 10% may be applied based on the condition of the returned goods after inspection.
Refund Refund will be initiated to the customer after 15 days of receiving and inspection of the returned goods.
Replacement parts 

Shipment for replacement parts will be covered by Pulselabz up to 14 days upon receiving the chair

Shipment for replacement parts will be covered by the customer after 14 days.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping and cost.
