The item arrived on time and in good packaged condition.
Nothing was broken or missing.
Took me about 30 min to setup...the manual was easy to follow most of the time except a few panels when you are trying to figure out what which screw size / length to use. Forturnely, of any kind there are only a particular number so if you need 3 of something for a step, there's only one kind of screw with 3 identical looking so i was able to figure it out that way.
My initial impression of the chair are quite good! The base is solid! The chair lifts me a 215 lbs guy easily. The arms are comfortable, and have good range for height adjustments. Rolls around easily on the wheels but still feels solid. The lumbar has some good range of intensity that easily adjustable while sitting in the chair.
My few critiques would be these...
A) The spacing of the arm rests is pretty wide, I wish there was more ability to bring them in closer to my body and I'm already a wide shoulder guy...for those that have regular shoulder width, this will be very noticeable i think.
B) The lumbar support cannot be positioned higher up the chair at all. As taller guy, I feel like If I could move the position of the lumbar a bit higher, then it would be in the perfect spot for me.
C) The base of the chair is deep, which is ideal if you are bigger set man or woman but as i'm on the medium side, it would be nice to be able to adjust the back of the chair a bit more inward or closer to the front, particular the top axis. As a result I only get the neck support I want when I lean back, rather than when i"m sitting straight up. If you are small set man or woman, this will even more noticable for you I think.
That being said, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high back ergonomic mesh chair. For the sale price of $150.00 CAD, it is a quality chair!
