M Series – High Back Ergonomic Office Chair (PRE-ORDER AVAILABLE Ships Out Jan 31)

Or should I say lack of any customer service. I called this company several times as they continued to lie to me about calling me back. They never did. The first person I spoke with was so lazy he couldn't be bothered to adjust his headset and mic. I had to tell him a couple times that I had no idea what he was saying. The next person was Kazmi, he was generally very nice so that was a nice change. However, he told me he would call me back but he never did. However, I blame his superiors who probably told him that they would take care of it. Purchasing a chair should be easy, there is no reason I should have to feel negatively due to a fricken chair. Oh, all the unsolicited emails I received from this company shortly after purchase. I just want the chair, I don't want your president to email me over and over again. Don't ask me for a review when you haven't even sent the chair yet! The chair itself is not so bad. Instructions were not great. Take your time and find a similar chair somewhere else. As for Pulselabz...AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Comfortable chair but difficult assembly, the manual was a but unclear and difficulty in fixing wheels. Overall, a good choice

Pulselabz seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. I’ve called several times at my expense to find out where my chair is? The chair was supposed to be shipped Dec. 26. When I called I was told they already shipped it. No! You didn’t! You only shipped the castors I ordered. I was promised a follow up within 24 hours. 4 days later I had to call again. Who wants to deal with a company like this???

Using this chair for work and learn from home. Very comfortable for sitting most of the day. Adjustable in many areas. Some of the Chrome trimmings are a little less impressive, but costs were not cut where needed. Great chair.

Documentation and view for assembly should be improved, also the back installation was a bit tricky. Seat quality is good and you can rely on them for comfort . Lumbar support also feels good. I will be using this chair as my daily driver for wfh.

This chair works as advertised. The instructions on putting it together made the setup easy and it had everything required. The seat is a tad bit deep so I can see how people with shorter legs (I'm 5'10) might have difficulty sitting all the way in. My chair does click every once in a while when I sit on and I'm not sure why, nothing seems cracked. Overall, for the current work from home situation, this chair fits my needs for a decent price.
